4. Third-Party Integrations (QuickBooks Online)

The Services integrate with QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit Inc., for invoicing and accounting. When you connect your QuickBooks account, we access your QuickBooks data solely to:

  • Create and manage invoices
  • Sync customer and contact records
  • Map product and service items for accurate invoicing

We store the OAuth tokens required to maintain this connection securely on our servers; they are never exposed to client applications. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the Settings page, which immediately revokes our access to your QuickBooks data.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Analyze website traffic and improve user experience
  • Enable essential functionality (shopping cart, secure checkout)
