By accessing or using the Haleven platform, operated by Create Group LLC("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Haleven is an operations management platform that enables businesses to manage sales orders, schedule deliveries, track field operations, generate invoices, and integrate with third-party accounting software. The platform includes operations portals for administrators, driver portals for field personnel, and customer portals for clients.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Third-Party Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. By connecting these services, you:

  • Authorize us to access and interact with your third-party accounts as needed to provide our services
  • Acknowledge that third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
  • Understand you can revoke access to third-party integrations at any time

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the platform services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Group LLCshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
